RACES Drill Preamble
1. Calling all Carbon County ARES stations.
Calling all amateur ARES stations,
this is W3HA your Carbon County ARES net control station.

You do not need to be an emergency ARES station to
participate in this net.
All stations are asked to check in.
This is a weekly net for the purpose of testing equipment
and operator readiness in the event of an emergency situation.
This is a directed net.
All stations are asked to standby until recognized by net control.

A. Ask station to state his emergency and how the net may help.
B. Ask for stations monitoring that are able to assist this station.
C. Use the emergency Preable sheet to further assist this situation.
